Roush F-150
Light-duty trucks like the Ford F-150 are a significant part of the U.S. vehicle fleet. Although most of these vehicles are still fueled by gasoline, propane-fueled light-duty trucks provide the same horsepower, torque, and towing capacity as gasoline alternatives, with fewer greenhouse gas emissions.

Recognizing the increasing interest in and need for low-emission
vehicles, Roush introduced the first liquid propane injection technology
for Ford F-150 conversions in 2007. Since then, Roush and PERC have
worked together to bring liquid propane injection to additional Roush
models.
The Roush propane F-150 kit
will convert any 2007.5 and 2008 model year Ford F-150 equipped with
the 5.4-liter V8 engine to utilize powerful liquid propane injection
technology.
The Roush propane F-150 conversion offers the
following benefits: • Emits 18 percent fewer greenhouse gas
emissions than a gasoline-powered model. • Features California
Air Resources Board On-Board Diagnostics II (OBD II) approval for 2007.5
and 2008 models. • Meets all National Highway Traffic Safety
Association and National Fire Protection Association safety regulations.
• Reaches a wide consumer base — the F-150 is eligible for sale
in all 50 states. • Relies on an extensive refueling
infrastructure that includes more than 2,500 public U.S. propane fueling
stations.
